 Actually, the Learning Tree did this at one time for Ada95 certification
(www.thelearningtree.com or 1800thetree). I thought
it was  a good model for testing Ada95 programmers. you have to remember
though that even though you get CERTIFIED you still have to learn on the job
since different vendors have different implementations of Ada95 (so is
systems integration). There are
many tutorials on AOL and the web (do a file search on Ada Tutor on AOL).
