For DSPs used in digital signal processing applications
(what a strange choice :) this is probably true. Lockheed
Martin markets a tool that does data-flow type programming
for radar applications.

However, DSPs can be used for more general processing, and
in some cases it makes sense to do so. For these applications,
it would be nice if Ada were more available.
