Greetings,

I have installed gnat version 3.09 for Redhat linux 4.2, which has
the GNU C/C++ compiler version 2.7.2.1 installed. My problem is that
after installing gnat, the "gcc" for C was replaced with the version
for gnat. Now the gnat version of "gcc" does not work with C compiles.
I think it might be that the version of gnat I got was compiled for
i486-linux, and my C compiler was for version i386-linux. At least
this is what I discovered after looking in /usr/lib/gcc-lib.

Do I need to find a new version of gnat, or am I doing something
wrong here? Is there a way to separate the two compilers, such as,
gcc (for C), and gada (for gnat)?

Thanks,
Charlie
