Dear Newspeople,
I am having a problem when running an Ada-83 program which
consumes 100% CPU resources and a great deal of disk activity.
The machine configuration is an UltraII with dual 200MHz CPUs,
512MB RAM and Solaris 2.5.1.
The error message I see is:
"Error in kernel:: exception_handler: unexpected SIGILL trapno 261"
Can someone tell me what trap number 261 means?
Does the microkernel for Ada-83 need to be compile for the target
machine's architecture (eg, Sun4m, Sun4u)?
Are there any known patches for this type of problem?
Regards,
