Hello Experts!
I tried to use the profiling option -pg with GNAT but although the
source files were compiled, the linker rejects to do his work.

Looks like you might be on SunOS. I certainly used profiling there
and it worked just fine. But that was a couple GNAT releases ago and
I haven't tried it since...
