I agree with Norman on this but unfortunately automatic formatters and
many people will only write Channels_Allocated_To_Cbs, capitalizing
only the the first letter of each word even when some are acronyms
and should be in all caps.

In any case, I think Feldman's book is still a very good book for
its intended audience, in spite of this difference in style.
Other great books are: Norman's "Ada 95 as a Second Language",
Naiditch's "Rendezvous with Ada 95", Smith's "O-O Software in Ada 95"
and, of course, Barnes' "Programming in Ada 95".
