1. MTS  Java Components

Join the Java team and advance Netscape's java application class libraries,
adding new classes and features to the component library to take advantage
of new AWT functionality. Design and write new user interface objects.
Position requires background in OO programming, java, C++, or objective C
with experience developing applications or application programmer
interfaces (APIs) and objects for app. dev toolkits. Experience with OO
application development environment design & graphical UI design is a plus.

2. NSPR Unix Engineer

Join the Java team and develop and maintain Netscape portable runtime
libraries on UNIX platforms. Position requires BSCS or equivalent with a
minimum of 3 years of building robust system Software in C and/or C++ on 
UNIX platforms and experience creating UNIXplatform portability libraries 
are a big plus.

3. Java UNIX Platform Engineer

Join the Java team porting and maintenance of Java VM and runtime
environment on UNIX platforms. Position requires a BSCS or equivalent with
a minimum of 5 years building robust UNIX systems Software in C and/or 
C++ and experience w/ language runtimes for interpreted languages and 
experience w/ java runtime environments is a bigplus.

4. Javascript Windows Engineer

Join the Java team developing and maintenance of javascript platform on
Windows 3.1, 95 & NT platforms. Positions requires a BSCS or equivalent
with a minimum of 3 years building robust system Software on windows 
platform. Expr w/ language runtime systems and /or language interpreters 
is a big plus.

5. Java Security Engineer

Join the Java team development and maintenance of C & java code to support
"signing" of java applets, providing authentication that downloaded applets
come uncorrupted and with property authorization from the server. Postion
requires a BSCS or equivalent with a minimun of 5 years building robust
system software in C and /or C++. Experience w/ concepts & practices of 
certificate-based security systems is a big plus.

6. Java Security Staff Engineer

Join the Java team developing & maintaining of C & Java code to ensure that
the Java applets downloading & execution environment is free of security
holes. Position requires a BSCS or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years
experience building robust systems software in C and/or C++. Experience w/ 
concepts & practices of certificate-based security systems and experience 
w/ security issues inside virtual machines for interpreted languages is a big plus.

Join the Java team developing & maintenance of the Javascript platform on
the Macintosh 68000 and PowerPC platforms. Position requires a BSCS or
equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience building robust systems 
software on the Macintosh platform. Experience w/ language runtime 
system and/or language interpreters is a big plus.

8. Java Back-end and Runtime Engineer

Join the Java team developing, extension & testing of the Java virtual
machine & execution environment depending on candidate may be responsible for
development of Java Platform compiler technology. Position requires a BSCS
or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience build robust UNIX 
systems software in C and/or C++. Experience w/ language runtime for 
interpreted languages and experience w/compilation techniques
for byte-code interpreted languages is a plus.

9. Java 16-bit Windows platform Engineer

Join the core technologies Java develomnet team porting and maintaining of
the Java VM and runtime environment on the 16 - bit Windows 3.1 platforms.
Position requires a BSCS or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years
experience building robust Windows systems software in C and/ or C++. 
Must have windows 16 bit experience. Langauge runtimes for intrepreted 
langauges and Java runtime environment are a big plus.
