Your cavalier attitude towards the rights and concerns of others on the
net has ensured that, without regards to any merit your products might
possess, IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL WHEN I PURCHASE, OR ENCOURAGE
ANYONE TO PURCHASE, ANY PRODUCT WITH WHICH HLD IS ASSOCIATED.

Goodday.

This is the second bad PR mistake I've seen in, oh, 30 seconds.
The other was Microprose... but that's another story...
I think HLD Publishing is very inconsiderate.

This seems pretty unenforceable, and legally untenable. Although HLD
PUBLISHING COMPANY may own the intellectual property contained within their
posts, can they really calim sovereignity over any duplicates thereof to the
extent that they can prevent administrators from deleting or canceling said
duplicates? I sure hope not, as the implications are chilling.

Didn't sombody get prosecuted for attempting to plant a virus in some
corporations computer so he could charge to remove it. I agree it's not
too different.

Analogously, if my "interest" is to infest HLD PUBLISHING COMPANY with
the smell of rancid meat, I may legally go to its physical headquarters,
place a packet of rotting flesh in the building, and then demand money
to take away or to allow HLD PUBLISHING COMPANY to remove from their
premises the packet of maggot-laden matter.

Hmmm, what's that legal term they use for this? "Extortion", I think.
HDL PUBLISHING COMPANY is claiming for itself the right to _extort_
money by placing unwanted garbage everywhere and demanding money to
remove it.

I think I'm going to charge HDL PUBLISHING COMPANY a Ninety Five
dollar fee for deleting any email messages I send them. You should too!
Make sure you remind them of your claim, else they might dispute your
claim later. Copy your message to Attorneys Specializing in Collections
nationwide and worldwide as well.

Their message has got to be a troll. Nobody could be that idiotic.
