Check out AdaSAGE. Its available at
ftp://sageftp.inel.gov/pub/sage/dos/sage42/install/alsys386.513
AdaSAGE is a government supported Ada application software development tool set. Part of
AdaSAGE is a set of packages that allow one to do graphics. Look in the documentation
available at
ftp://sageftp.inel.gov/pub/sage/cdrom002/document/vol3
for a complete explaination of AdaSAGE's SGK graphics capabilities and a tutorial on its use.
