The Arthur D. Little's Object Technology Group has some excellent
 opportunities for the right skill sets.

 ADL is one of the most prestigous management consulting firms in the
 world with over 109 years of experience. We have developed a team of 
professionals within the Object Technology Practice that have a mix of
 skills to address the need for organizations to become maximally agile.
 These skill sets include strategic planning, change planning and
 management, facilitation, experience in mentoring clients an object
 oriented methodology, and business process redesign.
 
 We are looking for people that:
 1. have a strong OO methodology background (Fusion, UML, OMT, Use Case,
 Booch, etc.)
 2. are interested in OOBPR
 3. are interested in Peter Senge's Organizational Learning approach
 
 One immediate position requires a knowledge of PowerBuilder 4.0 in the
 Washington D.C. area.
