Why do you think I've been chafing at calling rcs and sccs CM tools ;-)
My statement was meant to express what I expect any CM tool to do (and
what sccs, rcs, and cvs, not to mention others do not do), not solicit
advice on finding such a thing. Sorry if I misled you.
