memory mapped files

memory mapped files

Has anybody used memory mapped files with Ada? I have
tried to understand how this could be done but Ada's
high level notion of arrays, records with discriminants
a s o makes me unsure of how freely one can apply
Unchecked_Conversion.

I would be very interested in some pointers to example
code or discussion of this topic if this is available 
somewhere on the vast net.
