Please help.

I need a screen control package that will let me set foreground and
background colors on a PC. DOS-based, 486-Pentium. I just want to output
certain text in different colors. Has such a package appeared in a
textbook maybe?

Please send any responses/info/pointers to:

runzeld@stricom.army.mil

I don't normally have access to comp.lang.ada so please don't post
replies here as it will only be a waste of bandwidth.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can try getting your hands on the MERIDIAN ADA Compiler for DOS with the
ADASage Packages. It has a nice tool in it called Thor which lets you create
custum screen displays as well as setting keyboard definitions and field
definitions. It also has some databse functions. While the screens created
using Thor are crude, you may just pull up the Display pakage in Sage and
define the foreground and background colors with about three lines of code.
