>An innovative approach to system requirements, the DoD Advanced Requirements
>(DAR) Workshop is distinguishable from other training approaches by its level
>of critical system requirements quantification. This approach is based on a

>Tom Gilb is the president of Result Planning, Limited, and is the author and
>co-author of many books, including Software Metrics, Data Engineering

>Winthrop, 1977), Principles of Software Engineering Management, and Software
>Inspection (with Dorothy Graham, Addison-Wesley, 1993). He has conducted
>several DoD courses on other subjects for STRATCOM and PERSINCOM. He was also
