Since you are running linux, you could try running a profiler ("prof record ./main; prof report -g") on both instances of your program. Maybe that will highlight some source of inefficiency and you can report this to AdaCore. I don't remember whether they changed the version of the gcc backend this year, so at this stage the slowdown could be either in the front-end or in the backend...
