i am fairly new with working with ada and have come upon a problem
which i do not know how to get around and am hoping someone could
give me some wise advice. :)

what i am trying to do is make a type (we will call it x)

   type x is ( array ......
               ^^^^^

that is where the problem comes in...is there anyway to let a variable
defined upon x to have the value "array"?

please e-mail response to either

un027661@wvnvaxb.wvnet.edu <---- prefer this one, but if you can't get
packer@a.cs.wvu.wvnet.edu thru this one will be okay!

thanks in advance!
