Well the simplest way to do it is with a fairly recent GCC and:
* create a file "name.h" containing the following two lines:
#include <attr/libattr.h>
#include <acl/libacl.h>
* then call
g++ -c name.h -fdump-ada-spec
* This will automagicly create the ada-specs corresponding to the
headerfiles.
