Notepad++ is pretty decent editor with Ada syntax highlighting:

Alternatively, you could try
   GNATbench - https://libre.adacore.com/GNATbench/
   GPS - https://libre.adacore.com/gps/
or Hibachi - http://www.eclipse.org/hibachi/
   (which is open sourced AonixADT)
