That's nothing to do with GNAT GPL vs. GNAT Pro etc. You cannot set the
commit size using the -Wl syntax, because of the comma. You either need
to use the -Xlinker syntax or a project file if you want to set the
commit size as well. This is documented in GNAT User Guide (search for
--stack).
