Phoenix Flow and Ada_Med have used the AdaSAGE DOS graphics libraries for a
commercial product. Paul Whittington has already in his answer to your note
supplied all of the relevant URLs.

The URL for the AdaSAGE home page is http://sageftp.inel.gov/sage/homepage.htm

AdaSAGE has the same deficiency, as almost all similar DOS products, a
limited number of printer drivers. I am posting this on Comp.Lang.Ada in the
hope that anyone who has created an AdaSAGE DOS printer driver will now go
public. AdaSAGE, besides having the great advantage of being in Ada, has a
tremendous commercial advantage, an easy port of your DOS software to Windows.
