The following packages are updated to support GNAT GPL 2015 and GtkAda
3.8.3. Minor issues related to the new compiler version and GtkAda are
fixed.

P.S. Note that this compiler version introduces 64-bit Stream_Offset even
if the target is 32-bit. The project scenario controlling atomic access
must be set on GCC-long-offsets.
