No, this happens when you click on a gpr-file which has errors. GPS creates
a default project (I have no idea what for). The project is deleted by GPS
when you exit it.

GPS has many funny glitches. E.g. when you open GPS in the server mode it
opens an empty project instead of the requested one. You have to reload
your project again.
