It is almost certainly a PATH problem. Make sure that
"C:\GtkAda-2.10.0\bin;" *precedes* "C:\GNAT\2007\bin;" etc in PATH:
Start->
Control panel->
System->
Advanced->
Environment Variables->
System variables->
PATH
Don't forget to restart GPS after modifying PATH.
