I am currently working on a risk management strategy for the
development of a large COBOL application. Can someone help me
with what they believe to be are the most significant risks
associated with software development, and possible risk
mitigation strategies ?
Examples are: Gold-plating and creeping featurism, both
mitigated by the establishing and enforcing of a requirements
database.
Also, I know Barry Boehm as well as other authors wrote a number
of articles on this area. Can someone please point me to the
references.
I will post a summary of responses to the net
Thanx.
