Hi. I am learning Ada and was wondering how mathematical
functions are made available when righting math-intensive
code. I know of the Numerics Annex, but is there
a standard package or third-party for trigonometric and other
types of functions?
If you know, please e-mail me. Thanks.

Yes, there is a standard package for trigonometric and other
types of functions. It's called the Numerics Annex.

Please for such basic question have at least a look at the Reference Manual
!
Look for Ada.Numerics.Elementary_Functions and
Ada.Numerics.Generic_Elementary_Functions.
Pascal.
