I have not run into this problem, but I might.

It would be nice to be able to buy a book with this sort of thing
highlighted; perhaps titled "Non-Obvious Ada".

Of course there is not much motivation for someone to _write_ such
a book if sales would be limited to no more than the readership of
this newsgroup.
