Article or magazine info wanted (OO in Ada)

I found a citation in a textbook's bibliography for
(authors) "True Object-Oriented Programming in Ada," 61-67, _Signal_ 1989

My library(ies) won't do an ILL unless I give them the exact date.  Not in
Reader's Guide, and I don't have any other index.  There are at least eight
magazines titled _Signal_.  So I would appreciate any or all of the following:

1.  The full citation for the article.

2.  Name, address, phone no. for publisher of THIS _Signal_

3.  Photocopy of the article  (e-mail me first and I'll send you an SASE and
a dollar for copy costs.  I dare not offer to re-imburse afterward lest I get
a hundred copies!!)
