Hello Ada netters,

Recevied the following email from a friend. Thought everyone would
like to hear about some good press. I'm trying to get a copy still
so if anyone else has read the article and wants to add more info....
----------------------------------------------------------------

Check out this months [Feb?] issue of Software Development Magazine.
There is an article on page 52 (I think) titled:

Think Ada isn't right for your PC project: Think Again!

Or something like that.

Basically, they give some nice examples of creating an MS windows hello
world program, which is about 10 lines long...inlcuding the 'with'
statements.

They then attack the, "that's not fair, you hid all the calls used to create
the window" argument by showing that you SHOULD hide more than just data,
and Ada helps you do that.

They also have a short list of Ada/PC resourses on the internet, and give
an address for the author saying that he has more resources, but didn't have
room to print them....or some such phrase.

Anyhow. Run, don't walk, to your nearest newstand or software etc to but
this mag!

Stepping down from my soapbox now.
