Can someone point out where I can get the source for the
GENERIC_ELEMENTARY_FUNCTIONS package???  This provides generic 
instantiation for simple mathematical floating point functions.
I understand *some* compiler vendors supply these, while others 
vendors, ours for instance, do not.
