POSIX-Ada binding

POSIX-Ada binding

I have been working on a POSIX binding (from P1003.5 docs) for Ada. This work
has been done for the GNATS project and is therefore freelly available to
anybody.
 
This binding is not complete. I think 75% to 80% of the binding is done.
There is almost no documentation since the binding is well describe on the
P1003.5 paper. The INFOS (in the package) file give some informations about
what is done and what remain to do.
 
Since some peoples was talking about POSIX binding on this groupe I thought
it could be interesting to post this information. I know that is far from 
perfect but it is better than nothing.
