Yes, the info-ada mailing list exists and is bi-directionally gatewayed
to comp.lang.ada through ucbvax.berkeley.edu and digested and
distributed at wsmr-simtel20.army.mil.  The focal point still resides
on the AJPO host.  To submit articles to the info-ada mailing list,
send e-mail to info-ada@ajpo.sei.cmu.edu.  To subscribe to the mailing
list, send e-mail to info-ada-request@ajpo.sei.cmu.edu.

The AJPO is always interested in receiving input on subjects like
this.  (Note that the guidelines are pretty close to the usual
netiquette for most newsgroups.)  If there is a desire to change the
