Differences with 3.0 are the following:
- Bug corrections in READ, RECV, and RECVFROM procedures
- Added service entry routines (GETSERVENT, GETSERVBYNAME, ...)
- Added REXEC procedure
The new source code is available on ftp.cenatls.cena.dgac.fr, in directory
pub/export:
