Meridian offers a pretty good Windows-based compiler with a usable "thin"
binding to the Windows API. I take it that this is what you were after.
I believe that RR (Janus) has a Windows version as well, with an API.
I don't think the bindings are available separately; the Meridian
compiler costs about $500., commercial price, I believe.
'Course, with pragma Interface, somebody could write a binding...
But it would probably cost much more in time than that compiler costs.
