According to the literature I got from the DoD Center
for Software Reuse, I should be able to telnet to
134.152.8.22 and login as GUEST for purposes of
browsing the database. It doesn't work. Anyone know
if the guest browse capability has been disabled?
If so, I have a few uncharitable thoughts regarding
DoD's inept marketing of the language, of which this
is but one example.
