We are trying to contact 'falcon.stars.rosslyn.paramax.com' and our
IP nameserver can find no such address. What is the correct address
now? Our reference to this address is the STARS RLF Binary Release
Installation Guide, dated March 1993.

The address for the STARS anonymous FTP server is:
falcon.stars.ballston.paramax.com
IP address: 128.126.164.2
As you can see, 'rosslyn' was changed to 'ballston' recently.

So the address stars.reston.paramax.com does not work.
