As I posted earlier, I would post my results.  Thanks to all who helped out!

Here's the list of Processors I was interested in and the Vendors that provide

A couple of these compilers will finish validation this fall, so they are 
currently not on the Validated Compiler List.

I mis-read the Wind River literature.  They provide run-times for other vendors
