TAMSCO Ada Benchmarks

A very kind soul provided me with a report on exactly what I needed
concerning benchmarks in a real-time Ada environment.  The benchmarks
were based on the "Real Time Performance Benchmarks For Ada" by TAMSCO
as prepared for the US Army, CECOM (October 1988).  Unfortunately, the
contact he had for CECOM (where he got the benchmark material) was out
of date.  The phone number gave the classic "We're sorry but your call
did not go through..."  Does anyone have a contact for CECOM or TAMSCO,
particularly someone possibly involved with that effort?  (I know, that's
asking a lot...)
