NYU Ada ED

NYU Ada ED

[sdd.hp.com!elroy.jpl.nasa.gov!dimsum!steele]

I attempted to download the NYU adaed compiler and was unable to
extract the files from the tar'ed versions I downloaded. I got a
checksum error. Does anybody have an idea on how I should be
downloading these files.

Could be you forgot to set ftp to "binary" before transferring the file.
Also, the tar-red file is compressed, so you need to uncompress before
un-tar-ring.
