Hello,
Can someone recommend a way of terminating a task that uses
keyboard input "GET_LINE"? I would rather not use abort,
I am told that it is NOT the elegant way of doing it.
The problem is that the task is constantly doing a GET_LINE,
it can't rendezvous until after a key is entered. The way
It seems to work now is that when I start terminating all
tasks, the KEYBOARD task is left running until return is hit,
it then can rendezvous and terminate.
Oh yes, I'm doing this on a Sun using SunAda, and on a VAX.
