Anyone care to enumerate some of these so called "big time problems"?
Is the problem with inheritance in general (is Eiffel subject to these
same problems? Turbo Pascal 5.5+?) or with inheritance coupled with
dynamic binding?

Does the paper talk at all about C++'s lack of "packages"? This strikes
me as a much bigger problem than "inheritance".
