Anyone versed in more than 1 computing platform and professing to write
portable code owes it to themselves to download the CLI.* and CLI2.* files from
the PD2:<ADA.COMPONENTS> directory at wsmr-simtel20.army.mil. They provide an
implementation of argc and argv for several environments, all used in the
Portable Text Formatter (and other ASR routines, I'd bet!)
