Cost of the ACVC? What was it?

Can somebody please help me out.  It's a simple question really.

I just need to know how much the DoD spent just to get the ACVC test
suite developed.  A rough estimate based on hard facts will do fine
if the exact figures are not instantly available.

Note that I really don't want and/or need to know how much was spent
of the operation of the Ada Validation Organization or on the
operation of the Ada Validation center(s).  I need a figure *just*
for the the development of the ACVC test suite.

I realize that the book is not closed on ACVC development (not to mention
maintenance) yet, and that these activities are "ongoing", but I'm
writing a paper and trying to make a point, and I want to simplify
and just say "The ACVC has cost X dollars".

Can anyone help?
