This notes file used to be pleasant to read.
It has recently become a forum for shrill religious
arguments. Can we get back to talking about Ada
issues, rather than debating for the millionth
time whether Ada is the "right" language for you?
Personnally, I don't love it and I don't hate it,
but I do use it, and I would enjoy discussing problems
and issues associated with its use and its
implementation in this forum.
I really *hate* reading all of this close-minded,
one-sided, and often petty bashing of each other's
favorite languages. How about using mail instead?

I want to second the comment about leaving language-religion
arguments off public networks. I've learned something from
recent netnews about tasking speeds and subunits, but the
static about one language versus another strikes me as
narrow-minded and also outside the scope of comp.lang.ada.
How about a new comp.lang.favorite as a place to debate
preferences?
