In GNAT 3.15p Ada the "aliased constant" feature can be used.
(Ref. AARM 3.3.1, http://www.ada-auth.org/ ).
(The GCC 2.8.1 gcc.exe executable of GNAT 3.15p accepts that command
line option.)
