Where is a problem? "**" is a user-definable operator in Ada. Moreover, it
can be overloaded. Provided that V**2 is quite ambiguous. it could mean
1. inner product
2. cross product
3. matrix: Transpose (V) * V
...

Ada does it. Maybe some library X does not, then take Y or extend X.
