It sounds like Ada at this point is nothing more than an affirmative action
program of some sort, its victims determined by something akin to natural
selection, i.e. those not bright enough to escape the mandate suffer
accordingly. That being the case, would you figure these same victims
to even be bright enough TO discuss something like you mention at TRI-
Ada?
