   I heard that the Ada Technology Insertion Program (ATIP) is not going to
be funded next year as a result of congressional budget cuts.  Can someone
confirm or deny this?  Also, can someone supply information on exactly
what activities ATIP is supporting?  If the budget is cut, what happens to
existing projects?
