Using FTP to get validated compiler list

Attached is a photo (tops20 term, similar to a UNIX script) for getting
the validated compilers list, either from ada20, or from simtel20.  Your
actual user interface may vary slightly depending upon your FTP program.
Anonymous FTP requires no particular password.
