	Ever since the first repository on the DDN came up at MIT, the
question of selling PD software was asked.  In this light, Ada is no different.
There are some who modify the PD software, provide hardcopy documentation, etc.
The bottom line is Caveat Emptor.  See a past ASR newsletter article on the
subject.  We have had cases, for instance, in which people have purchased
software, not knowing it was PD, for hundreds of dollars a copy (running a
total well into the $10K region) while they could have gotten the same thing
(exactly - no value added) for free from SIMTEL20 if they had known.
