I don't think anyone outsise of AdaCore knows, but I guess that they
want to time the release with the academic year, because the GNAT
Academic Programme uses the same GPL Edition releases. So, personally
I expect GNAT GPL 2007 in August or September.

I believe the Academic release (GAP) was announced today -
professors/lecturers need more advance availability than that. Can't
comment on the general GPL release.
